Reviewing​

Read the draft the way you would read a resident's note: check the claims that would change your management, follow the citation for anything that looks off, and correct what is wrong.

Why corrections matter​

Corrections are how the system learns your style. Rewriting a sentence in your own phrasing does more than fixing it once — it shifts future drafts toward how you write.

What to correct, and what to leave​

  • Correct anything factually wrong, anything missing, and phrasing that is not how you would put it.
  • Leave formatting preferences that do not change meaning — those are faster to set once as a preference than to fix per note.

Reporting a miss​

If the draft missed something that was in the package, that is worth reporting even after you have fixed it locally. Email support@cleverconsult.ai with the chart ID and what was missed.
