Day one​

Your first drafts will read like a competent stranger wrote them, because one did. The structure will be right and the content will be sourced from the package, but the phrasing will not sound like you yet.

Correcting is the training​

Every correction you make to a draft teaches the system how you write. This is not a setting you configure — it is a side effect of using it normally. The drafts move toward your voice over the first several weeks of ordinary use.

What to watch for​

  • Drafts that miss something you would have caught in the package. Correct them and tell support — misses are the most useful feedback there is.
  • Notes landing in the wrong place in the chart. Usually an EMR setup issue, fixable.
