Publishing notes to Accuro
For clinics on Accuro, CleverConsult connects at both ends of the day: it pulls your schedule in the morning, and pushes finished notes back into the chart.
Your day sheet arrives automatically
Each morning CleverConsult pulls your day sheet and the associated patient information from Accuro. Your day appears already populated — you are not searching for patients or typing names to start a note.
Referrals for those patients do not need faxing in either. As the workflow chart puts it: no faxing needed — it's just there.
This answers the question most people ask first: matching is driven by the appointment, not by name lookup. A note is tied to the scheduled patient from the moment it is created, so there is no name-typing step where a typo could attach a note to the wrong chart.
Publishing a finished note
- Review and correct the note as usual.
- Press Publish to Accuro.
- The note goes straight into that patient's chart — no copying, no pasting.
Not on Accuro?
Everything above needs the Accuro integration. Without it, finish notes the same way and use Copy and export instead.
Why this matters for templates
Because CleverConsult can see each scheduled appointment, it uses that to pick a template automatically. See Using templates — including the note there about which attribute actually drives the choice.
