Copy and export
This is how a finished note leaves CleverConsult and reaches your EMR.
One click, and then paste
Copy note is the first of the four icons above the generated note, to the right of the template selector.
Clicking it once copies the finished note to your clipboard, already formatted and ready to be pasted straight into your EMR.
Before you copy
You copy whatever is on the screen at that moment, so finish the work before you reach for Copy note.
Check the draft against the referral package first, turning citations on if you want to verify a particular claim, which is explained in How the pre-consult note works. Add anything the note is missing by typing or dictating it in. Finally, confirm that the right template is selected, bearing in mind that switching templates re-renders the note.
If your clinic uses Accuro
Clinics on Accuro have their own route, and send notes directly into the patient's chart. That is described in Syncing notes with Accuro.
