Type or dictate
The note is editable. Anything the scribe or the referral package did not cover, you can put in yourself, two ways.
Type directly
Click into the note and type. It behaves like a normal editor — there is no separate "add a comment" step and no field to fill in.
Dictate
Rather than typing, you can dictate straight into the note, hands-free. Your words appear live as you speak, in real time, rather than arriving as a block of text when you stop.
This is the fastest route for a note you are finishing between patients.
How this differs from the AI Scribe
They solve different problems:

Use the scribe for the encounter itself. Use dictation when you know exactly what you want the note to say.
